Just the kind of help we need guys ! On any large water the wind effect causes a sometimes surprising amount of undertow , and the wind can increase so I,m not surprised on the need for heavyish jigs ,I suppose because I,m normally casting retrieving as opposed to as near vertical as possible with a lot of depth it should be expected. What lures types worked well at Rutland , will try to match those in a variety as well. Cheers guys. You should have some coarse kayakfishing decal/stickers made terry to be our badge of honour !

I've not had anything since registering but hopefully soon not allowed to use anchors but if a hotspot is found i was wondering if we are allowed to drop marker buoys which we could drift around using drouge ?

Lads, If you have any queries drop an email to Gary Palmer the organiser. I know he has been out guiding but should be back in his office today. riverguide@live.co.uk Terry

I don't recall getting any correspondence after registering, Is your name not on the list; www.worldpredatorclassic.com/england-qualifier-participants/I highly doubt the use of any fixed line/markers etc will be permitted as it will impede other anglers drifts. Much easier to work around a way point on your GPS if you have one? If not Lowrance are offering 50% off some of their latest units to competition participants, treat yourself

Me too. Nothing direct from the organiser.
The only thing I have is my PayPal receipt.
My names on the list, but you would have thought an event like this you would have had some sort of confirmation?
