Ok Alex as I only get to fish with you once a month (or so ) it's back on for me . 15 ginsters and a noggin of cap in Morgan's should keep my Adonis portle going . :-)

Been going through the rules , no anchoring -I had thought this might change for mud anchors. No returning to launch site , not drinking the water I have to carry that's for sure ,-71/2 hours with out a pee! out on your own a a pee down a scupper might be alright ,but there's going to be a lot of folks about with cameras too! might get a red card for that. No tieing up at all, the towers have ropes hanging-that would have been handy ,late out ,late back =lose points ,think I,m just going to do my best and keep my head down ,lol

I've made a tough decision and bailed for tomorrow. Really hope the weather allows a window for the guys there to get a go. Best of luck. Enjoy the hog roast If things work out I will try and get down early Sunday for the comp... but I'm awaiting on a reply from the organiser on that one. Either way, good luck to all kayakers from here.

It's been fine, a bit windy today but not too bad. Beed a hard days fishing for most people but the forecast is looking better for tomorrow so fingers crossed
