Just wondering if anybody is out on the kayaks at the moment as we are getting towards the start of the traditional predator season?

Went on Rutland on Tuesday. 3 of us on a boat.
40+ Zeds and 3 pike.
Biggest zed about 5/6 lbs and best pike 22-4.
Tough day little wind and bright sun.

I seen the photos on Facebook Terry looks like you caught a few fish though , what made you go for a boat rather that the kayak?

Got out last weekend on the river with a friend,had eleven pike to 11lb, nice days but not as busy as Terries !
Been looking at the relief channel and the weed is not to bad so will be on there the next week or so.
Went out yesterday on the sea for the bass had eight , had the weather just right.
