Good Day fellow members.
I am new to this forum but been fishing off a kayak my whole life.
I would love to fish the Pitsford water but apparently need a fishing buddy.
If anybody is fishing at Pitsford please hook me up so I can tag along.
I do see the Pitsford Anglian Water Airflo International - Midland Heat is in 2 days.
good luck
Cheers
Nick

Forums quite these days due to face book , preferred forums but that's the way it is, would like to fish Pitsford myself , have asked a couple of mates locally - who don,t kayak - if they fancy having a boat day but they declined, im being buggered by divorce at the moment and without a ff on either yak, but in a while will back on board . So later in the year I would be happy to come along , you might get someone else looking who can go sooner with luck. Not sure if Terry or any of the others on here fish pitsford , they have rutland, another place I had sorted to go this last winter was frisby , main reason I didn't go was because I couldn't get any answer to mail or phone, seem not quite up to speed there , but others I have asked about the place have always said it was well worth a visit. Sometimes work that way but with a tracker on the van cant scoot off to check it out lol Anyway ,this place is very quite now sadly , but good luck and maybe we can meet up for a trip later in the year, Chris

Perhaps it is time to use the forum again and give it a kick start once more.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
Its so funny as I'm a very experienced kayaker and have been kayaking in the Indian ocean my whole life, launching through 1 to 3 meter waves and paddling out 2 to 4 miles out to sea in strong currents and wind catching marlin, sailfish and all your other pelagic fish in the ocean and now I need a fishing buddy to fish in a flat still pond for health and safety reasons LOL. But I guess rules are rules hey.
Cheers

A bit of a joke in your case Nick and to be honest a rule that I don't think is needed but as you say 'rules are rules'.

Hi Nick, There are quite a few of us that fish Pitsford but not so much in Summer, But there is a comp coming up that might attract you as well as getting you to meet some of the regulars. Where about do you live, I am in Leicester and we have a few members in the East Midlands area. See the Facebook link here for the comp. www.facebook.com/PitsfordKayakGrandSlam/
