Not a problem, I have got a squirty bottle of golden syrup that sweetens the porridge up nicely.

Water levels seem to be dropping and the weather's on the mend - shame I can't say the same - I'm battling man flu and lost my voice but have some little prizes for Sat (looks like they'll be for best lunch rather than best fish), but looking forward to it no matter what.

From my perspective all I have is the Quaker Porridge pots just less than a 1/4 pint of water.

I hope to make Saturday, but have been making my way to work this week with a rotten cold which is taking some shifting. I am feeling a bit better this evening so possibly I will be there. Its been a real effort getting up this week and the temptation to stay in bed will be strong. Hope to see you all.

Started grabbing my kit together tonight, I aim to pack light these days but I still end up taking a shed load.
Just got to make sure I remember my paddle from work otherwise my hands are going to get cold hand paddling.
