These are quite small Daz so what will be your target fish with these, forgive me asking perhaps daft questions but this is all new to me. Glidebait, crankbait, twitchbait, wakebait, this is more tricky than I thought. They look superbly made and what a finish.

Phil,
Have a look at the Lure Anglers Society forum and see what those guys have been catching on these lures.

pike perch and zander will all take these lures....you dont always need big lures to catch big fish

Yes I saw what was being caught and started to put together a shopping list, got a headache and gave up. Trying to do much all at once, need to slow down I think.

I think because it is an area that I have no comfort zone like other forms of fishing and have the desire to do it right from the start. It will come together as I progress as with all sectors of fishing, I remember starting carp fishing----almost a different language until I started to put in the hours.
Lure fishing in particular is unknown terrority for me having very little experience and not wishing to buy the wrong gear does not appeal, not catching is one of those things--it's fishing but not catching because you have the gear that catches fishermen rather than the fish is not an area I want to go.
I will get there, just need to get out and have a go.
