Thanks Andy, that would be great. I know it's not a cheap event but until more suitable venues become available for kayak angling, venues like Esthwaite Water are priceless! I will always keep loyal to Esthwaite and run a Grand Slam on their every year. This year's challenge will be the best, more fish and hopefully more anglers. In future years I would love to find a venue around Greater Manchester area to organise more freshwater kayak angling competitions alongside the Esthwaite Grand Slam.

If Carlsburg made a Grand Slam, this would be it. Start at 12:00, fish for Perch catching four before tea at 5pm. Nice bit of grub, washed down with a bottle of cider whilst sharing some banter. Return back onto the water with a fly rod and worming rod for the last two hours before dusk. Enjoying long relaxed drifts catching three trout, two on fly and one on worm. Arriving back on shore well before dusk and settle down for the night with a few more bottles of cider. Up and at the day, launching at 6am in search of a Pike on fly and baitcasting outfit. A double figure Pike caught before bacon and eggs butties at 10am. Sit in my super comfy Native Watercraft Kayak chair in the car park admiring the stunning scenery whilst total chilled and content with my Grand Slam Challenge completed.
Ah sweet dreams

Ah sweet dreams you forgot to mention the piss taking by welsh fellows and the kayaks afloat without paddlers
