Hi, I am not from the broads area however due to having Inlaws living there I visit regularly. I am keen to take my kayak to the broads in the summer and wondered if anybody could advise me where would be a good place to start? I'm not new to pike angling, just need some nfo on location, as the broads are vast! Many thanks in advance.

Send a message to Snapper he is in Lowestoft and may be able to advise you.

Where about's on the Broads will you be based? Wroxham is a good place to start and there is a good launch area at the yaht club with free parking.I tend to paddle down to the Horning straight, have one at the pub and paddle back. Some of my best pike there have come at night to Deads but I have never fished from the yak at night.
