Hi all
I have had a very brief dabble in the dark art of Kayak Fishing on the local navigation (River Start) and loved every minute.
I will soon be moving to March in Cambridgeshire and want to hit the waterways harder this season.
Please excuse any stupid noobie questions.
Cheers
Tom

Welcome aboard Tom.
We all have to ask loads of questions at the start of any involved hobby/sport so do not worry about that for one minute, ask away mate.

Welcome Tom.
The great thing about the lads here is that they will happily help. Some sites can be a bit daunting as they seen full of self proclaimed "experts" and belittle novices. Have no worries mate. We may be a little mad but we are friendly.
You are moving to a great area for fishing and there are a few of us not far away.
Terry

Thanks guys
Hopefully work won't be so full on this season (who am I kidding) and with the Fens on my doorstep I'll have to think of a good excuse not to.

So the house buying has slowed down, my house is sold, just waiting for the people to move out of "my house" in March! Then it's all hands to the paddles ?

Another lad who lives in March had a 40lb cat from the ouse there, lots of small zander he said. ,Kings Lynn angling society are ok for kayaks on their waters ,which are the majority of bigger rivers and drains, cheap to join so don,t "guest", ,Denvers a good launch and fish spot ,middle level is good for zander ,only place I,ve found to launch easy is Thievs bridge ,and there is parking. I,m near Cambridge , this way the CFPS are ok with kayaks too. Theres a few lads out your way, enjoy the fishing!
