There seems to be very little going on in the forum these days, do most people use Facebook these days instead?

Facebook is where it all happens now. I always said I wouldn't go on there but had to in the end!
I try to keep a look on here and post now and again. Shame really as this was a great forum.
Maybe we should all make more of an effort to get back on here?
Ian

I thought it might've been because it's the close season. Don't know about you guys but but the majority of places I can get my kayak on are the rivers so patiently waiting.....

I have to say I have been neglectful in my posting of late. I just seem to have been so busy with other things. In reality though I would rather it be slow that to have a load of snide comments on threads that are about less " prestigious brands. We have a good crowd here. Terry

This is a forum where the mud slinging that has been done on other forums has never been seen here and long may it continue.
I no longer have a kayak apart from a surf kayak but still like to see what you guys are up to and chip in when I think I can offer something to the discussion.
Hi AL, we need to get together, we keep saying it but not doing so..................bad on both our parts. A perch session at Ashby is in order I think.
No blame on you Terry my old friend, it is the way of the world and Facebook, Twitter etc are the way these things are going and whilst I will not get involved in them, it doesn't mean they are a better method to stay in touch. It is not my thing so I will keep popping in on here as I do most days even if it is only to have a quick look.
Don't let this forum go by the wayside boys, it is far to good for that.
Phil
