Graham if you are thinking of paying that much go for the CTug. Like the Kari-Tek it is expedition proven. The expedition though was a tough trip for walkers let alone pulling a kayak. It was to the three highest waters in England, Scotland and Wales containing fish. The reason I asked, I have a chance to buy one second hand and I am not familiar with them I thought I would ask, have to say that the c tug you showed me did look real nice.

Oh I see.... never seen or heard of anyone having one Graham. If their roof rack is anything to go by then it should be quality.

Kayaks North West at Runcorn marina and 1st Wet and Wild in Hull are two that I know of.
