any ever had to repair a hole in a neoprene cuff on the dry suit ? i have managed to make a hole about the size of a 5 pence peice in my cuff any ideas on how to fix it without sending it away for a new one ? maybe just sew it with heavy duty thread ?

you might be best to repair it with stormsure, just fill up the hole with it, used to use it loads on spraydecks.
problem is if you sew it you may end up shredding the neoprene you stitch through.

Yup, totally agree. Stormsure is flexible and soft even once it's set. Best thing is to get a pack of the smaller tubes rather than one big one ad it will gum up the lid and set in the top of the tube after a few weeks.

I've used it and its very handy stuff, keep meaning to get a small tube to leave in the car, sets quite quick.
