with the weather starting to get warmer im heading to Rudyard between 7th and 10th may if anyone would like to join me  Ray the lake ranger said there has been a 30lb pike out and " a few" 3lb+ perch there is also rudd roach and bream and maybe chub. there are plenty of places to around the lake to make a brew and have some food.   www.rudyardlake.com/ |

I am off to Durham 05:30 on the 8th for 3 days Daz so I think a day on the water the day before may be pushing my aging body a bit.  |

If that is the bank holiday, I think I am committed with friends staying for the weekend but I will check on that. I would like to come and join you.

I'm away on hols until the 16th May but would love a meet and trip down there for ago with the Perch if anybody fancies a meet later in May.

I will be thinking of you Daz while I am running a sales meeting and putting a rocket up the rear ends of the salesmen. O well it could be worse, it could have been my rear end.
