after rich,s (diver 9) appauling service with his drysuit i thought its worth a mention and a thankyou to typhoon. a few weeks ago whilst getting everything together and checking it all for my hols the outer zip on the front of my suit came apart in my hand, the zip slider had broke. this zip is more for protecting the main zip from sand etc so wasnt too bothered about the suit still working fine. last week i sent an email to typhoon telling them what had happened and in a hour or so i recieved a email from a chap called nigel saying pop the suit in the post and it will be fixed foc. no awkward questions or anything just good customer service. got the suit back today all fixed and ready to go again. thanks nigel and everyone else at typoon. you can rest assured my next suit will be a typoon. cheers mel ;D ;D ;D

That is good to hear Mel. Mind you Typhoon are all quality brand and as such you hope they would deliver when a problem arises.
