Hi sorry for not posting for a while but so busy. I have just bought a Lowrance hdi gps fishfinder and due to my genetic make up reaching the standard position of the fishfinder is a tad awkward and seeing as though i might have to be pressing the buttons a bit more i would like to mount it within touching distance. Can someone show me a link to one that has been done and also a track system so i can mount a few more bits and bobs might as well make self rescues arkward lol ( I am sure philpot showed me a track system at cleethorpes...

Kell,
You could do as Phil says and use a Ram mount and arm. That way you can tilt it towards you for use and push it back for self rescue.

realised that the bracket that comes with it is quick release so i am going to mount it on the lid in front of seat so i can set it up properly and take it from there.i can always unclip and move to you side if i need to self rescue
